We summarise other publications' reporting at speed and with automation. That means we will sometimes get something wrong — a figure, a name, a date, or the emphasis of a story.

Telling us

Email corrections@thehospitalitynewsletter.com with the page and what is wrong. If you are the publisher of a story we summarised and you want the summary amended or removed, say so and we will act on it.

What we do

Factual errors are corrected on the page. Where a correction is material, we note what changed and when rather than editing silently. Where a summary misrepresents a source, we remove it.

Publisher requests

Publishers who believe a summary misrepresents their reporting, or who would prefer not to be summarised here, can write to corrections@thehospitalitynewsletter.com. We review every request and respond. Where a summary is inaccurate or a rights holder objects on reasonable grounds, we amend or remove it.
