Engineering Manager II - Internationalization

As Engineering Manager, Internationalization & Translation, you will lead a small, high-impact engineering team responsible for driving Toast’s internationalization strategy and product translation across R&D.

This team will work across a large number of engineering teams to make internationalization easier, safer, and more consistent. You will help the team build intuitive tooling, define practical standards, create operational processes, and drive adoption of i18n and translation practices across Toast’s product development lifecycle.

This is a role for an engineering leader who combines platform thinking, customer empathy, operational discipline, and strong cross-functional influence. You should be comfortable understanding the needs of internal engineering customers
