Director of International Program Management

We have proven our model in Canada, the UK, Ireland, and Australia and we are now looking for a Director of Program Management to lead the charge into our next phase of global scale. You will drive the cross-functional partnerships required to refine our market-entry playbooks and pilot new territories. In this highly visible role, you will have a direct impact on how Toast serves customers in new markets and how our leaders work together.

A day in the life (Responsibilities)

• Standardize operational delivery across existing markets and refine our market entry playbooks, partnering with Sales, Onboarding, Care, R&D and Legal to ensure cross-functional alignment and timely execution
• Master the requirements for every phase of market entry - from analyzing market trends to pinpointing exactly where we’re losing time & re-engineering the process to get Toast in fron
