Position Overview We're seeking a hands-on Director of Finance to build and lead LightSpeed's finance organization during a period of rapid growth. As the company's senior finance leader, you will own accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, forecasting and modeling, cash and treasury management, and financing strategy—including equipment and debt financing—while building the scalable financial infrastructure needed to support a capital-intensive robotics business. This is not a large-company finance role. You'll partner directly with the CEO and executive team on strategic planning, fundraising, board reporting, and capital allocation, helping scale the business from early growth to widespread deployment of our robotics platform.
